Corn Casserole
It’s corn!
Notes
This is an old family recipe that we typically serve at Thanksgiving and Christmas.
You can add in other vegetables to this as you wish. My grandmother likes to add chopped bell peppers and onion! My mom likes to add cheese. Feel free to experiment!
This recipe calls for cornbread mix. In this house we use Jiffy.
Ingredients
Yield: 1 casserole
1 15oz can Whole Kernal Corn (drained)
1 14oz can Creamed Corn
1 package Cornbread Mix (Jiffy)
1 cup Sour Cream
6 tbsp Butter (melted)
1 Egg
Onion Powder to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a small casserole dish and set aside.
